Fast Horizontal Fermentation Tank with 8-Hour Fermentation Cycle, Automatic Mixing System, and Enclosed Processing for Organic Waste

The system is designed for a fermentation cycle of approximately 8 hours when the ambient temperature is above 15°C. During operation, controlled heating and aeration create suitable conditions for high-temperature aerobic treatment. The high-temperature process is used to eliminate bacteria, pathogens, and parasites in organic materials, supporting harmless treatment.

The fermentation tank incorporates an automatic mixing system, automatic temperature control system, automatic aeration system, and deodorizing system. Mixing can be configured for batch-type operation or clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, while the aeration system supplies air during fermentation.

Compared with open composting, the enclosed tank provides a more controlled processing environment. The system can be connected with a deodorization unit to manage odors generated during organic waste treatment.

Materials can be loaded through a belt conveyor, while finished material can be discharged through either a pneumatic discharge valve or belt conveyor, allowing the equipment to be integrated into different production layouts.
